Sometimes we need someone outside of our immediate family or home to talk to. This can be for so many different reasons and no matter the reason, CB Mentoring can provide you with the support you need.

It doesn't matter if it's educational or emotional, our mentors are here to support and encourage you. They will work alongside you to set clear goals and provide you with advice and guidance throughout your experience.
You can meet with your mentor in person or over the phone, the method will be agreed between you and your mentor at the beginning of the process, and of course, can be amended as your circumstances change. We're here to make this as comfortable and flexible as possible for you.
All of our mentors are trained in how to be an effective mentor and also in safeguarding. They come from a vast range of backgrounds with their own unique skill sets and are paired with you on a one to one basis, ensuring you get the personal support you deserve in order for the mentorship to thrive.

Get in TouchWe currently work with mentees 13-18 but do get in contact with us if you fall outside of this bracket and need some help.
This is something you and your mentor will come to a joint decision about in your first session. We want this to work for the both of you. You may find that once a week works well and at some period, you only need to meet every other week or even less.
Sessions are normally on a 1-1 basis. However, we always try to do the best we can for those we work with. So if your friends are all registered with CB Mentoring's mentoring services and there is a good reason why a group session would be beneficial, this can be considered on a case by case basis.
